2015 Youth Mission Trip

A few weeks ago, the middle and high school youth embarked on a Mission trip to Minnesota to serve in the community of St. Paul. The students grew closer to Christ as they regularly participated in worship and small group devotional settings while serving in the community. God is continually working through our youth as they have decided to take what they have learned from their mission trip and apply it to their community back home. We now have regularly scheduled dates this semester to volunteer and give back to our community, showing God’s love and grace through our words and actions.

I love that the kids are bringing their experience of serving back home to their local community. That's true transformation! (for them, and, hopefully, for the community) How are they talking about the experience? What do you think made such an impression upon them?
